This video has some very important lessons. For example, don't make fun of people because of the way they sound, look, or if they're blind, deaf, or can't talk.

After watching the video and hearing the song, I felt sad for those kids who are very different from the others. When people are disfigured, have a disease, or just aren't smart, they have their own problems to worry about. When people make fun of them, then they may feel even more sad. We are all unique in some way. Instead of making people feel bad, we should try to make them feel better. In my experiences, when I see a kid get bullied, I tell on them. I think we should talk about this topic in schools and make children aware of this problem so that we stop the amount of bullying we see.

This video really made me think. Mostly about all the different kids and what they have to go thourgh. It really opened my eyes to not making a first impression just by how the look, if someone is in a wheel chair that doesn't necassarily mean there weird or gross people. When i listened to this heartwarming and touching song it made all the emotions i had ever had flow into me. I almost couldn't sing the song because of how sad it was. It really touched my heart and made a big impact on me and i bet other classmates.

Thank YOU Bekah. I'm pleased it made you reflect on how we think of others. I am very pleased that you will stad up to bullying in the future, even the covert types.
+1 for sharing

i agree with Bekah it is very sad what some people have to go through the video has some lessons in it like, don't make fun of people because of what they look like or what they sound like or what they can not do they are sad because of what they have to go through so do not make it worse by making fun of them. This video really teaches a good lesson

The video really opened my eyes, even though we can't see it everyone is unique in their own special way. some people may be deaf, blind, or have a special disease. Everyone needs to realize that everyone has feelings and for people who may not be the smartest or the prettiest or the most athletic that you don't need to make them feel any worse, make them feel happier and better about them self.

My class- Does 'relational aggression' exist in 5th grade?

Did it exist much last year?

Do you think lessons like Friday afternoon's will 'really' make a difference to the way you treat and talk about one another outside the classroom?
