Scott- if i read your topic sentence... what do i expect your essay to 'only' be about.. see if you can all see what i mean... this is the key to essay writing
could i start topic sentence with a be there statement?
sorry scott Its OFF Now!
this is my first power 2: the ENIAC, Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer, is usually the answer one will receive when asking "What was the first computer?".
would you think the rest of the paragraph is about the ENIAC in all or about why that would be the answered as the first computer?
may we please learn the lesson on how to get rid of "the". That word is haunting me!
emma emma emma emma emmaaaaaaaaaaaaa!! CURRENT EVENTS ON FRIDAY!
Could I say this-
P2: From 77 trophies to the second richest teamin the world, Barcelona surely have nothing to lose.
P3:Barcelona, having won 77 trophies in all, are the number one team in the world.
Anisha- In your expository booklet, there is a page about starting with the and there is'.
Page 4.
Could this be used?
Topic sentence: Barcelona, the monsterous spanish team, has some amazing, and almost unreachable secords.
alex i know there is a page that 's how i knew there was a lesson on it somewhere. but the sheet doesn't exactly tell you in so much detail how to remove the the
one website says that the z1's clock speed was 1 hertz. what does that mean?
Any tips on my P1s,2s, and P3s?
Scott, your power 1 is pretty good, but your power 2's are not related to your power 1. How are penalties related to ice hockey's history?
Han, that's not our wallwisher - the one you made. Today in class we agreed Maya would make one. She gave us all the URL for it.
Caroline, thanks for the reminder! I'll bring it in!
my group on Jamestown- wallwisher:

sabine, you have to approve of every post on the one you made.
in the expository booklet you gave us, there are the transitional words.
Wallwisher for Maria, Riya, and I: www.wallwisher.roanokeisland/
Power 1: Even though modern computers have been around for a long period of time, there were a multitude of different , interesting, and unique "magic machines" that lead to today's Macs and PCs.
Power 2: ENIAC, Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer, is usually the answer one will receive when asking, "What was the first computer?".
Power 2: The abacus has played a majorly significant role in today's computers.
Power 2: Subjectively, Z1 may be old- school, but , like the abacus and ENIAC, was essental to the evolution of computers.
Any tips? I'm a bit worried about the last power 2, as it has four commas. Mr. Buxton, in this context is this okay?
Nakul and Zach- remember for your morning announcements: The PTA pumpkin sale is only on saturday.
hey if anyones goal was vocabulary what was the website to get the words?
rachel this is the website. you might want to copy it to your blog so you will always have it.
