5th Graders
Thank you for working so hard today on your State Reports. Set yourself the target of having all your notes on 'Geographical Features'for class for tomorrow. We will begin to create Power Plans for this component in tomorrow's class.
Important notice- Januaary 20th. All 5th graders will have the opportunity to watch the Presidential Inauguration. You must bring a packed lunch for this day. We will eat in the classroom as we watch the ceremony.
Wednesday-Commas Open book Test - Do some practice exercises from the blog tonight
Thursday - 50 States Test

Audrey, use the links on the left of the page. Grammar ninja is just for fun. Definitely practice the commas and watch the video if you get the chance.

James, the 50 states test won't be that hard. I just wrote ALL the states and capitals in about 5 minutes.

ReplyDeleteCan I record my notes in a notebook for state report? On the character sketch could I do a famous long-distance runner who lived his whole life in Oregon? Long-distance running is one of Oregon's top 3 sports. The runner had an impact.
