MC You are just writing about your memories of Lower School. Do what you can tonight. You will have the whole week to finish this. some students are using a 'metaphor' approach ex. road trip... to talk about what Lower School was like for them...Others will just write about teachers, fieldtrips, friends, favorite projects etc etc...

For my metaphor I am doing like a pair of shoes. (it sounds bad when you say it like that)
Shoes like 'shoes will come into your life, brand new and presitine. They'll leave your life worn but loved. And even though you loved your new shoes, your now-old ones are just as good' Then I would say something about LS and stuff.
I am not going to use what I just wrote, but that is a rough idea.
Would THAT be a good metaphor?
Also, our draft due tomorrow, is that like a rough draft? Are you going to revise that one.
Is there a certain place in the LS that has gotten increasingly more worn over the years?

Ansley - you probably don't want to do ALL stories and yes there should be a general moral.
Like I'm telling a story about that guest speaker Mahi or whatever his name was (if someone knows his name, I NEED to know it), but then I am going out of the story to talk about how it affected me.
But if it is just a small story in a bigger P3, then I guess not.
What is that guys name who was a refugee from Ethopia and came to the USA and got a schlorship to Harvard. He talked to use about not treating people like they were invisible....
