What always runs but never walks, often murmurs, never talks, has a bed but never sleeps, has a mouth but never eats?
At night they come without being fetched. By day they are lost without being stolen. What are they?
Think of words ending in -GRY. Angry and hungry are two of them. There are only three words in the English language. What is the third word? The word is something that everyone uses every day. If you have listened carefully, I have already told you what it is.
A large truck is crossing a bridge that is 2 miles long. The bridge can only hold 14000 lbs, which is the exact weight of the truck. The truck drives across half of the bridge and stops. A bird then lands on the truck. Does the bridge collapse? What is the answer and why?
The bridge would have collapsed long before the truck even reached the middle of the bridge. The truck weighs exactly 14000 lbs, but in order for the truck to even get to the halfway point, there has to be driver. The driver weighs an additionally, what, 80 kg, and so the bridge would have collapsed under this extra weight.
If anyone likes the book Stolen Children, do not put it on my blog in the reading thing. I figured out a way to do it, but i accidentally did it twice. You know, all you had to do was fool it. Instead of typing in Stolen Children, I typed in STolen Children
P.S. I am giving up on doing this stuff in Morse Code. It takes two long to read and write. My previous comment said : Maya- you are absolutely right on every question!
A sharpshooter hung up his hat and put on a blindfold. He then walked 100 yards, turned around, and shot a bullet through his hat. The blindfold was a perfectly good one, completely blocking the man's vision. How did he manage this?

Hey Guys and Girls, I need your opinion by 8:00 PM tonight. My sister and I are playing "The Silent Game", and my parents said if we stay silent until 8:00 PM, we get $2.50. They also said the person who lasts the longest gets an extra $1.50. Should I go for the extra $1.50 or give in for the $2.50? Please help!
I say go for the extra. but keep the extension short. Keep annoying your sister until she breaks so that you don't have to stay longer for much after that, but still get the extra money.
Where will you find roads without cars, forests without trees and cities without houses?
I make you weak at the worst of all times. I keep you safe, I keep you fine. I make your hands sweat, and your heart grow cold, I visit the weak, but seldom the bold. What am I?
I have no voice and yet I speak to you, I tell of all things in the world that people do. I have leaves, but I am not a tree, I have pages, but I am not a bride or royalty. I have a spine and hinges, but I am not a man or a door, I have told you all, I cannot tell you more. What am I?
Ok guys, I am a total idiot! My dad got my sister to talk a couple of minutes ago and I yelled "She!". When I told my mom she laughed, but gave Tash $2.00 and me $3.50, so close enough!
ATTENTION ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GOOD SCIENCE FICTION BOOK! The series is called The Last Survivors, and it consists of three books. The first one is The Dead and the Gone, the second is Life as we knew it, and the last book, This World we Live in, combines the first two books. Even though The Dead and the Gone was written first, I suggest you read Life as we Knew it first. It doesn't matter what order you read the first two in, but read the third book last. The scenario for all this books is that an asteroid hits the moon, but the moon moves closer to the Earth, changing every character's life. WARNING: Read these books at your own risk! You'll understand after you read them.
I showed my mom all my animoto videos she loved them and set up another account with my other email. my Dad and I put a video on there trip to the safari in South Afirca. I'm here, Rachel! Today I made these delicious lemon cupcakes, and here's the recipe: Ingredients: Batter- 110g unsalted butter 110g brown caster sugar Finely grated zest of 1 lemon (if you don't have lemon you can use lime) 2 medium eggs 75 ml milk 140g plain flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt
Icing- 150g icing sugar 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice yellow food coloring, paste, or liquid optional- sugared flowers or edible flowers
How to make- Preheat oven to 190ºC/375ºF. Place twelve paper cases into baking tin. Cream the butter and sugar together until pale brown. Add lemon or lime zest, eggs, flour, baking powder and milk. Stir until you have a cream-colored batter. Fill the paper cases about half-way with the batter. Bake for 17-20 mins or until crispy on top and spongy in the middle. While the cupcakes are baking, combine the icing sugar, lemon juice, and yellow food coloring to form the icing. Once the cupcakes have cooled, place a little bit of frosting on each cupcake. DO NOT COVE THE TOP OF THE CUPCAKES WITH FROSTING If you want, place the sugared or edible flower on top. ENJOY! Tested by Paula, Natasha, and Maya Sivanadan
