  12. Mr.Buxton you know how you let me redo my essay on the Titanic is this a argueble Thesis Stament?

Thesis Statement:”Poverty wants some things, Luxury many things, Avarice all things” quoted Benjamin Franklin. The RMS Titanic held 1st class and 3rd class passengers on the ship. However the compression if luxury that took place in 1st class compared to 3rd class was preposterous. From dinner, to your cabin or suite, and the treatment on board it was quite palpable the 3rd class passengers were treated with a lot less luxury, and attention.

  18. Mr. Buxton -

You know how you said that what I'm really looking for is the background of Sir Stamford Raffles and why they built a statue for him? Well, the statue doesn't give you that information and there are no guards of staff to ask questions to. Does that mean I have to go somewhere else for the information?

  19. Maddy- worst case scenario, take the information you already know and make in inference.

  21. there are many pictures in the qtr 4. link on blog or via sas website i will upload more + videos next week next week.

Raffles symbols is symbolic of what? Many possible ways you can approach your topic...are you willing to think out of the box?

the writing prompts are the same as the beginning of the year... but you still need to have a topic to write about related to those prompts...

No riya...you are still not focusing on what topic... don't write a thesis... first just do this
    write your topic
write your opnion of the topic
write 3 reasons why you think your opnion is right...

once you have that information, then you can start to write your thesis topic
