'How to' Literacy Essay Resources


Your Name in Gold and Eleven (another copy)

H/W - make sure you have captured screen shots for at least 6-8 of your 'steps' for the How to Essay.

Set up an 'educreations.com account and make a brief experiment video. Mojos for anybody who posts the video link to the blog.

    When we sign in, it asks for a course name, and a subject area. What do we put there?

    Karly, for course name you put writing and on subject area, what does it look like? and I think it doesn't matter because we are just experimenting.

    "Literacy Essay", then for the subject put "Writing". When experimenting, make a random course for fun, Karly. Kayzad, we do not have a course code. We sign up as a teacher.

    It does. Another way is go to pixlr.com, then click Pixlr Grabber on the menu bar. Once done, download the one that says Chrome if you have a Chrome browser, if not, so on.

    If you have Chrome, the button will be on the top right of the bookmark bar, with a "G" safai-ish sign.

    Only Chrome works for Windows. Firefox doesn't.
