    Mr. Buxton, today you said that a "thankful" tone isn't an actual tone but on the tone word sheet there is an appreciative tone and I was wondering if you think that would work for the Johnson and Johnson commercial.

    Also, just to completely understand what a tone actually is, is it like a theme that you build with words or the way the narrater talks?
