Hi Mr. Buxton,
ReplyDeleteI was wondering, for the mystery object, does it have to be a mystery in the way that even the person who brings it in doesn't know what it is? Or should it just be an object that is mysterious, but the owner knows what it is.
Thanks!
Marium
I would think that it would be something that the owner knows what it is, because we are probably going to be doing something with it in class!
ReplyDeleteJackson Reeves
What is the mystery object? Do all of us bring one and is there something specific it has to relate to?
ReplyDeleteNew posters tonight - +1
ReplyDeleteMystery Object activity is postponed until Thursday!
Well the video doesn't work but anyways thank you Mr. Buxton for making the exercises fun. I feel like we really learn from what we do with things such as Ethos Pathos and logos.
ReplyDeleteEveryone who is asking about the Mystery Object- I asked Mr. Buxton and even though it is postponed it is just supposed to be an object.

ReplyDeleteI agree Jessie! It was a very fun and helpful activity
ReplyDeleteIn class how we were working on the colour and place activity, I found it very fun, to hear what my team members said, because you might have had a dark colour for one and a light colour for another. What I found that was very unique was that no one had the same colour which showed that no one is the same and everyone is different. As well with the places no one was the same, it might have been the same in a way or close but never the same. Thank you Mr. Buxton for the fun and unique activity. It helped me in a way to get me set up for Wednesdays test.

ReplyDeleteAnyone have any ideas about what word the picture of building a house/building is?
ReplyDeleteso nobody know the picture?
ReplyDeleteI think the word is anatomy because it is like the outer skeleton of the house as it is being built.

ReplyDeleteThat is a good idea Sebastian!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking Anatomy since it means structure and in the picture they are working on the structure of the building.
ReplyDeleteI actually think that a word for the picture could be benevolent. I think that because on the picture, I can see that one of the people seem to be wearing a name tag, which tells me that they may be working as a donation or charity foundation. One of the other people seem to have the charity name on his shirt, but it isn't clear.
ReplyDeleteVery clever Marium!
ReplyDeleteThat was a really good answer Marium! I never thought of that. It makes sense though!
ReplyDeleteyeah I agree with sebastian as well because, Anatomy is the skeleton of the body and when you change the concept of it you can use it as a building structure or skeleton. Kira, What Type of house is it because if it is a haunted house it could be malevolent
ReplyDeleteIsn't the picture from Habitat for Humanity? And I also think that it would fit under Anatomy.
