Fantasy Writing

In preparation for your ibook picture book fantasy story, you will need to collect a cover page and 5 images for your fantasy story. Save your images in a google presentation. You are welcome to draw, digitally create, or use images from the internet. The design of the images must be related in some way. The images you select should go with the  five scenes for your story that you wrote in your plot today. Spend no more than 30mins collecting your media!

Think about symbolic objects, unique settings, conflicts (both external and internal) to include indirectly in your description. Draft is due for Friday. Record your elevator pitch for your fantasy story. Keep it simple and basic and make sure some fantasy elements are included in your story. Make sure your protagonist and antagonist are named. Be sure that your first idea clearly explains the purpose for your story e.g. the princess had to rescue the prince.

Don't make your poem more complicated than it needs to be...Think about the assignment for a second... all i'm asking you to do is write a poem about yourself. Now...going a bit further...i'm suggesting ways you can go about doing this by using categories...for example.. write about your personality, your dreams, your fears, your weaknesses etc etc... by thinking about categories gives you a way to organize your thoughts... so the next step is ... how do you do that...???

well why not begin by just writing about yourself in a literal way...
