H/W: Writing Class
Below is an important mentor text (thanks Maddie) on how to craft your graded supporting paragraph.
This piece of writing (your supporting paragraph) is due THURSDAY
Bring a small object to class. This can be anything. However, don't spend forever trying to think of something!
Reading Class
Your analysis of the article is due FRIDAY. I will give you 30minutes of class time tomorrow to work on this.Your finished product will contain:
a) Claim/thesis paragraph
b) Two additional paragraphs with detailed support for your thesis. (Each paragraph should contain multiple paragraph snadwiches)
Don't count the days...Make EVERY DAY count! (Thanks David +1 for contributing)

That was an AMAZING video and it made me think what I would do if I only had a couple months to live. I came up with that everything that seemed so 'important' to me that wasn't really important would start to float away and what really matters would be what I needed to focus on. It also really made me think that nothing we go through sometimes is really 'all that bad' Life is good.
Thanks For the help on the paragraph this will tell me everything I need. Does the object have to be anything specific?
I am literally in tears. It truly showed me how lucky I am to be a live. It showed me to embrace everyday like it will be my last. It was so nice of him to express his feelings through song. This song will be stuck with me forever and always. Each night I will think about this. Thanks you Mr. Buxton for posting that touching, amazing, and beautiful video/ song.
Today in class it really helped with the thesis statement creator. In a way now I know what a Thesis actually looks like and what it contains.
MR B there was a typo. You said snadwiches. If you have the time you can watch the full Zach Sobiech video on SoulPancake it is 22 min long and about him. It made me cry.
I think that if I only had a few months to live, I would probably put all my time into giving everyone the proper goodbye's, and making music. Music is my passion, so I'd probably do something close to what he did. I'd also want to try to do everything on my bucket list, like go skydiving, do a marathon, watch every play composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber (Composer of Phantom of the Opera - My all time favorite musical,) walk all three Milford Track hikes, complete the West Highland Way hike, and other hikes. I realized after this video how much we all take for granted, and that time is precious, especially because it's limited. (Great Song - Limited - From the Musical Wicked

I should start using this website! It might help me dreaming in english.
I learnt that If there is only ethos its not persuasive and if there is too many pathos its hard to trust and too many logos is boring. I think It should be mixture of that but mostly logos because the emotion stays for certain period of time, when it comes to reality, all those emotions are useless.
